Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping on all UK orders. Orders are either shipped with Royal Mail or Evri

Is International shipping available?

Nailestro Studios offers worldwide shipping for most products. If your Country is not available during checkout, please email contact@nailestrostudios.com

What is the status of my order?

Product order shipments take 1-3 days.
Please note that Press-on order shipments may take up to 1-2 weeks.
Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking information.

Returns/Exchanges

Nailestro Studios accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. We kindly request that customers help cover the cost of returns.

Please note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return.

Refunds or exchanges on Press-on orders are only available in case of a production error only. We aim to correct any errors we've made as soon as possible. Please fill out the contact form for any issues regarding your order.
If you have ordered the wrong size, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange for hygiene purposes. Please ensure that all measurements given are accurate.
